Product Care & Cleaning

Just like other things in your life like your laundry, your dishes, your house, your car... Things may get messy sometimes - wanted or unwanted.
Or maybe you just feel like giving it a good "Spring Cleaning" or simply just want to freshen it up.

Here's the best way to do so:

Softsided Luggage

Our bags are made of technical fabrics that are built to last.

It's the best to use a little bit of mild dish soap and warm water, apply that to any soiled areas and blemishes with a sponge. You can always also spot treat any areas with a gentle stain remover that can also be used for clothing or upholstery.

How To Best Stow Your Luggage Away

We're asking a lot of our travel items while traveling and actively using them.
During times that we're at home and able to give our luggage items a well-deserved break, we should also make sure that we put it away properly for it to be ready when it's being called upon again.

The best way to store your luggage is in a dry and tempered location, as extreme temperatures and humidity will tend to wear and age your luggage faster.
Any luggage that's being stored in an attic, a storage room, or simply in the very back of a closet should be taken out, opened, and aired out regularly.

Doing so will help prevent the forming odors, mildew, and helps maintain a normal life of the luggage itself.
